In accordance with Section 32(3)(4) of Act No. 266/1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended, taktici.cz, s.r.o. was authorized by the operator of the Jindřichův Hradec narrow-gauge railways (regional railways Jindřichův Hradec – Obrataň and Jindřichův Hradec – Nová Bystřice), by Gepard Infra, s.r.o., to perform the so-called “main activities” (i.e., activities related to the negotiation and calculation of prices and the collection of payments for the use of the railway, the allocation of railway capacity, and the processing of this railway statement) impartially as a so-called “independent allocator.” Based on this authorization, we issue this Statement on the regional railway operated by Gepard Infra, s.r.o.
