What data we process
Visiting the website
Each access to the website is recorded in the server logs together with the IP address, date and time of access, the requested address and browser details. We process these data on the basis of our legitimate interest in the operation and security of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and keep them only for as long as necessary under the hosting configuration.
Cookies
The website uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation, namely to remember the selected language and the administration login. We do not use analytical, profiling or marketing cookies, traffic measurement tools or advertising networks; no consent is therefore required for the technical cookies. If you come across content embedded from other websites, it behaves as if you had visited that website directly.
Communication
If you contact us by e-mail, data box or telephone, we process the data contained in your message (in particular your name, contact details and the content of the message) in order to deal with your enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest or of pre-contractual negotiations. We keep messages for as long as necessary to handle the matter and to document the course of the communication.
Capacity allocation
Acting as an independent capacity allocation body under Act No. 266/1994 Coll., on railways, we process the data contained in applications for the allocation of railway capacity and in related submissions, in particular the identification and contact details of the persons acting for the applicant. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). We keep the capacity allocation documentation for the period laid down by law.
Who we share data with
We do not pass personal data on to third parties, except to providers of hosting, e-mail and communication services acting as our processors, and to public authorities where required by law (in particular the Rail Authority and the Ministry of Transport). We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your personal data, to their rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise your rights at office@taktici.cz or via data box dfft76x.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.gov.cz.
